Take the included measuring spoon and scoop out 6g of the powder, which is roughly one level spoonful.
Add the powder to your preferred foods and/or drinks. Consume promptly once it has fully dissolved.
Because vitamin C can be sensitive to heat, it's advisable to mix the powder with hot foods or drinks towards the end of the cooking process.
