I work at a warehouse where I am walking lifting heavy equipment all day for practically 10 hours ( work 12 but I take breaks) I sweat profusely due to the high heat, which causes me to literally drink liters of water. I eat healthy. Yes I may dine out to eat every once in a while, but I eat balanced meals and on my days off I’m at the park with my four year old or playing around the house.
