Use after cleansing. Apply one sheet mask and align with eyes and mouth, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for about 5 minutes, then remove. Gently massage the remaining essence into the skin. Do not reuse sheets.

I think this mask is more suitable for cold weather. It moisturizes and leaves a protective layer. Which is not very pleasant in hot weather. But for cold weather it will be perfect
