Nagatanien Dashi Chazuke is an assortment pack containing katsuobushi (bonito flakes) and kombu (kelp) stock.
Chazuke or ochazuke is a Japanese dish made by pouring hot green tea or dashi and adding toppings over cooked rice.
This assortment has 3 kinds of chazuke flavors; Kelp broth with plum, bonito broth with shrimp tempura, and sesame broth with sea bream.
Prepare cooked rice (about 100g) in a bowl.
Put 1 bag of chazuke and 150ml of hot water and it's ready to eat!
