Dilute with water according to your preferred recipe.
For udon broth, combine 2 tablespoons of soup stock liquid with 240 ml of water.
For egg soup, combine 2 tablespoons of soup stock liquid with 390 ml of water and bring to a simmer before adding beaten egg.
For mushroom pasta, add 1½ tablespoons to cooked mushrooms and spaghetti along with 1 tablespoon of pasta cooking water, then toss to combine.
